My name is Kevin Jágr. Sport and movement have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was always fascinated by people like Jackie Chan, Jean-Claude Van Damme and other action heroes who could do things with their bodies that almost seemed superhuman.
That fascination led me to parkour and other movement disciplines at a time when they were not yet popular and most people around us did not really understand why we were doing them.
Through parkour, kettlebells, skydiving, my role as a Hō Wa Dō instructor and co-founder of the Institute of Transdisciplinary Synthesis, I started to see movement not only as physical development, but also as a way to develop the mind, resilience and human potential. These experiences shape my approach to training, discipline, working with fear and performing under pressure.
I have also completed more than 700 skydives, which taught me how to work with fear, stress, focus and decision-making in demanding situations.
Studying biochemistry in Germany also gave me a deeper interest in how the body works, nutrition, energy and health.
Today, I help people build a body they can move better in, feel better in, look better in and enjoy movement with.
I reached out to Kevin after a knee injury, when I was missing motivation and wanted to get back into regular movement. Training with Kevin helped me return to the movement routine I used to have. I can definitely recommend him.
After a few months with Kevin, I feel much stronger, more confident in movement, and most importantly I genuinely enjoy training. I really appreciate the individual approach, the focus on technique, and the fact that every session has a clear purpose.
