My name is Kevin Jágr. Sport and movement have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was always fascinated by people like Jackie Chan, Jean-Claude Van Damme and other action heroes who could do things with their bodies that almost seemed superhuman.
That fascination led me to parkour and other movement disciplines at a time when they were not popular yet and most people did not really understand why we were doing them.
Through parkour, kettlebells, skydiving, HoWaDo and my work at the Institute of Transdisciplinary Synthesis, I started to see movement not only as physical development, but mainly as a way to develop the mind, resilience, cooperation and human potential.
My experience studying biochemistry in Germany also gave me a deeper interest in how the body works, nutrition, energy and health.
Today, I help people build strong, mobile and capable bodies that move better, feel better and look better. I believe that when a person feels better in their body, they naturally gain more confidence, energy and joy in everyday life.
