When you submit the inquiry / booking form and when you use the website, I may process the following data:

• service you are interested in
• training goal
• message content
• website language (cs/en)
• GDPR / privacy consent
• marketing consent, if given
• form submission timestamp
• page from which the form was submitted
• website usage data, if you give analytics cookie consent
• advertising / marketing tracking data, if you give marketing cookie consent

• responding to inquiries
• arranging personal training, online coaching, workshops or cooperation
• keeping basic communication records
• sending automatic confirmation emails
• sending marketing emails and newsletters — only with a separate marketing consent
• website analytics
• measuring and optimising advertising campaigns

• processing necessary to respond to your inquiry and take steps before entering into a service or cooperation agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

5. Tools and processors

To run the website and communicate with you, I use the following tools, which may act as processors of your data:

• Supabase — database used to store booking and contact form submissions
• Resend — sending automatic transactional emails
• Google Analytics 4 — website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
• Meta Pixel — advertising measurement and Meta / Instagram / Facebook ad optimisation, only if you accept marketing cookies
• Future newsletter / email marketing tool — only for contacts who have given marketing consent

6. Cookies

The website uses three categories of cookies. You can change your preferences at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

• Necessary cookies — always active. Required for basic site functionality, security and to store your preferences.
• Analytics cookies — optional. Used for understanding website traffic and behaviour through Google Analytics 4. Loaded only after analytics consent.
• Marketing cookies — optional. Used for Meta Pixel, advertising measurement, retargeting and campaign optimisation. Loaded only after marketing consent.

You can reject non-essential cookies and change your preferences later at any time via Cookie Settings in the footer.

7. Data retention

• Inquiry and booking data may be stored for up to 3 years after the last communication, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
• Marketing consent data is stored until the consent is withdrawn.
• Accounting and tax documents, if created, are stored according to legal obligations.
• Analytics and advertising data follow the retention settings of the Google and Meta tools.

8. Marketing emails

Marketing emails and newsletters are sent only to people who have given a separate marketing consent. You can unsubscribe or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the link in the email or by writing to kevin@kevinjagr.com.

Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect normal communication related to bookings or services.

In relation to the processing of your personal data you have the right to:

• access your data
• rectification of inaccurate data

• object to processing
• data portability
• withdraw any given consent at any time
